The small diameter angle grinder boasts a powerful 840W motor that can deliver up to 11,000rpm, enabling faster grinding. It is double-insulated for safety and comes with a soft start, a slide-type switch that can be locked on for continuous use, a push-button spindle lock, and a conveniently located switch lever for one-handed operation.
The side grip of the grinder can be positioned to either side, and the gear housing can be rotated to suit most cutting and grinding applications. Additionally, the grinder features an anti-restart function to prevent accidental start-up. If needed, it can be connected to a Makita dust extraction system with an optional dust-collecting wheel guard (not included).
